Formed in 1978 by seven talented brothers, Los Hermanos Rosario is an iconic merengue music band hailing from the Dominican Republic. After relocating to Santo Domingo, their first album became a huge success featuring popular hits such as "Las Locas" and "El Lápiz."The band rose to the top of the music scene with the album "Acabando," showcasing timeless songs like "Borrón y Cuenta Nueva." Hits like "Otra Vez," "Fuera de Serie," and "Insuperables" made them some of the most beloved musicians in the Dominican Republic. Los Hermanos Rosario achieved international acclaim with their album "Los Dueños del Swing" in 1995, which featured the chart-topping single "La Dueña del Swing.”
Their energetic performances earned the band such prestigious awards as the "Congo de Oro" at the Carnival of Barranquilla and "Super Congo de Oro" in Puerto Rico. After a brief hiatus, Los Hermanos Rosario returned with the album "Aura" in 2007, and they continue to captivate audiences around the globe. We welcome them once again to the United Palace Theatre.
