IDAN AMEDI
Idan Amedi is an award-winning Israeli singer-songwriter, musician, and actor who has received significant recognition in Israel and around the world.
His musical journey began with his participation in the talent show A Star is Born, where he performed his self-composed song, “Soldiers’ Pain,” reflecting his military experiences.
In 2017, Amedi joined the cast of the popular Netflix series Fauda, which also features one of his songs as its theme.
On October 7, Amedi was called to duty and promptly began his IDF service in Gaza. Amedi was seriously wounded in an explosion that killed six Israeli soldiers from his Engineering Corps reserve unit. He sustained severe injuries and underwent a long rehabilitation process thereafter.
Now fully recovered, Amedi—one of Israel’s most beloved artists—is preparing to return to the stage in Israel, followed by a concert tour of the USA, accompanied by his eight-piece band!
